I think last night really felt like it was Carter-vs-Susan. First off, we all know why Carter really was able to get tenure, only because he can cough up money. Just like Susan said, the ER is her home, all that she has. Carter know that he won't be staying, so he really shouldn't have gotten tenure.

Did Luka seem a little upset that Sam wasn't pregnant, or was it the fact that she didn't tell him about the pregnancy test?

The boy who had sicke-cell and kept hanging around the ER, hearing him tell of what his mother's boyfriend did, was the last thing I was expecting for him to even say.

I don't know what Luka was feeling because HE really doesn't talk!

As far as the sickle cell boy. That was out of left field!!!
