I'll have to agree with that, Urkel WAS wacky! Who else was on that list?
But I probably wouldn't consider him a neighbor because by the end of the series, he was practically living IN the Winslow household! Didn't he? |

I'm very glad that he was on the list, when you think of wacky TV neighbors, the 1st thing that would come to most people's mind is Urkel.

He was also #27 on TVguides top 50 most memoriable characters and #98 on Bravo's top 100 most memoriable tv characters, I think he should have been higher on Bravo's list.
