Anyways I need to get sopme zzzzzzzzz and wake up in the morning. Iwish there was a way when you wake up your wide a wake and all smiles.

You and me BOTH!
I hate the mornings with a PASSION.It doesn't matter how well I slept,or how fine I felt when I went to bed, when I wake up I always feel like s**t.Its just a huge hassle for me to get out of bed! Its pure laziness, and exhaustion in my case.I wake up early, but lie in bed for ages because I cant be physically bothered getting up,and when I think about the day ahead,it makes me want to pull the covers over my head again.
My friend taught me that when you wake up in the mroning, the first thing you should is smile, while you're lying down.Just SMILE.It doesn't work for me,I still hate waking up in the mornings!

For about 20 years when I was working I would get up at 4:15 every weekday morning. Absolutely hated it. I'd get to bed around 11 p.m. and don't know how I ran on so little sleep (and sometimes I barely did). I'd fall asleep watching t.v.. It was awful because it didn't matter what time of the year it was - it was always dark when I first woke up. I'd put it on alarm for fear I'd sleep through a music wakeup and just make sure I jumped out of the bed right away or I knew I'd never get out of there!

I've been a "night person" since birth!

I hate mornings too. Ugh... I'm an evening person no doubt. Here in the last 4 nights, I've not gone to bed til 1am... and it's been around midnight for 2 years now.

Same here. Even as a kid, my sisters would be up watching cartoons, and my mother would have to drag me out of bed. Even when I was working the 9 to 5 job, I never got used to it. I like staying up late at night. I feel like I'm missing something if I go to bed, lol. I've read that some people are born nocturnal while others are natural morning people.

I'm good now. I go to bed anywhere between 12 and 1:30 and rarely sleep past 10. I get up around 9am. Not long ago, I was on the 4am to noon plan. I still schedule all my appointments for the afternoon if I can.

Im the same way as Janice - I feel as if Im missing something if I go to bed before like, midnight. I can be totally wiped, but Ill just sit at the computer waiting for something to happen. Oy. It wouldnt be so hard getting myself out of bed in the AM if I didnt always wake up freezing.

I am a night person myself. Always have been. There was a time when I didn't go to bed till 3am. I've toned it down a little. I usually go to bed between 12 and 1am.

Yeah - apparently as a baby I'd sleep during the day which my mom loved because she could get her housework all done. At night when everyone went to bed, she finally gave up trying to stay up with me and would just stick me in a bassinette, put a mobile over me and leave the lights on and I'd keep myself amused all night long!

I was pulling that for a long while - staying up 'til 3 or 4 a.m. and then getting up again at 10 a.m.. Now I sometimes stay up as late as 2:30, but usually get up by 8:15 to feed the dogs.

Its going to be tough getting back into a early morning routine when I return to work boy!

My husband's a morning person which drives me nuts!

I hate mornings. I hardly sleep at night most of the time, I'm a very nocturnal person... but even when I want to sleep, my insomnia keeps me awake. When I run on no sleep, I get horrible migraines that make me puke... precisely why I've been out of school for the past 3 days. God I wish sleep was never invented.

What do you do when you can't sleep? I was very much like that in my teens. Often I'd stay up until 3 or 4 in the morning listening to music and painting or sculpting in my bedroom. That helped. Problem was it became a vicious circle because after school, I'd be tired, then have a nap which would keep me awake again that night.

I also wished I could have got work in my field that was done on the night shift, but that just doesn't happen.

i really wish i could fall asleep early and wake up early without forcing myself to. i love the early mornings. instead i can't help but fall asleep naturally at 6-7am and get up at 2pm. it makes me feel like i've wasted the day.

I just plain don't like getting up, no matter what time it is.
