yeah. being in a state of melancholy i don't limit myself to anything and just do relaxing things for the hell of it. just eat whatever's there, listen to boring music, do activities i don't really care about like painting my nails, just do with whatever is around me.

I pig out guilt free

Its usually on Doritos and Salsa,and once I ate a whole box (8) of Magnum icecreams.Now I feel like one right now.....
BUT if you dont want to pig out,the easy solution is dont buy that foods that tempt you too.Thats impossible for me though because I NEED something sugary and fattening in the house! If I dont have chocolate at least I have to immediately go out and buy it.Yep,I'm a shocker.Food is my weakness.

I rarely overeat. I don't like the feeling of being overfull. Certain foods, like Chinese food, chips and dips or pasta...I can eat a lot of, but I'm always watching my weight. If I ate the way I wanted, I'd weigh 250 pounds.

I ate a big bag of chili cheese fritos the other day. Those kind of salty, flavored snacks are about the only thing I go hog wild on.

You and me both! I've even stopped the pigging out at Thanksgiving and Christmas - I hated that bloated, sick feeling afterwards. Besides, someone has to stay away to do all the needed cleanup after.
