Default TV Land needs to change their schedule

Come on! They've had the same schedule for like, 5 months now! And it's a BAD ONE! No good shows are ever on anymore! Why can't they change it!?!?

i agree. they need to get some new stuff that hasn't been seen in a while. there is so much out there and they keep playing the same shows all the time. i love the idea of tv land but i have sort of stopped watching it now. i got my fix of the shows that are on now (love mr. ed, dick van dyke), but they have shown them enough. they need a new direction, maybe differnt parts of the day could reflect programing from different decades.
this tv land origenal shows crap needs to stop.

I know what you mean, but they DO seem to keep the crap lineups on for months and months and then they hit a good mix and its gone in three weeks - drives met nuts.

Those original shows will make new episodes like every three-four months, probably even longer. They aren't going to be getting new episodes every week, unless it's a planned event, like Chasing Farrah was. The reruns aren't going anywhere anytime soon...

Having originals ONCE a week for 30 min or 60 min is not bad at all I think. You might think it is bad, but it brings in fresh new viewers. And TV Land's originals are actually decent. The top 10's are very good, Inside TV Land is awesome, and Chasing Farrah was OK, and was only for 7 episodes, it's not like they air 7 days a week. Reruns of classic TV still make up 99% of the schedule and always will.

And the reason why there has been no schedule change really since well last May, is because everything has been very steady and good. Especially the westerns, Andy Griffith, Beaver, All in the Family and Three's Company.

Good Times and Night Court are coming soon, so expect some changes then, but nothing major really (at least as of now).

Their upfront was this past Tuesday, and I don't think they announced any of their six sitcoms coming. My guess is they'll announce 2 or 3, or maybe all, in July for the TCA Summer Tour.

It's just a bad schedule... Nothing good is on ever anymore. And when something good is on, I'm either asleep or at school! Come on! It's so annoying! Give me some good old sitcoms instead of these crappy westerns like Gunsmoke...

TBS, N@N, and ABC Family all have more appealing TV Shows that TV LAND. There is no reason for 6-hours of Gunsmoke/Bonanza. TV LAND has gotten a LITTLE creative with the TOP TEN but still have a long way to go.

Yeah, who wants to watch boring westerns for 6 hours? Not me... They need a lot more variety in their schedule.

I guess TV LAND has to think about their viewers from the ages of 55-85 on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. But 6 hours is still too much
