Wink John Ritter...Music!!!

Hi there. In a abnormal spurt of well strangeness... I thought it would be a good idea to make a little cd to kinda remember John Ritter by and thinking about it now. I haven't got all that much to put on it. So far I've got two tracks When I look to the sky and I will remember you. So as you can see I ain't got all that much. So now in my infinite wisdom I figure lets just open up the question to all you out there and see if you can do a better job with it. I mean If you have a favourite song that reminds you of him... hey or even a song that seems like it could fit in with the rest of them. Actually you know what I don't even care if it's a song that you just quite like, just post in and let us all know what it is.

In My Life - The Beatles

Here is a list why this song will fit

1) This is one of John's favorite Beatle songs
2) This is John's song to his wife, Amy
3) This song was played as John was being laid to rest at his funerul
4) And it kind of reminds you of him - the song fits

Skin Tight -- The Ohio Players

It was in the unauthorized movie about TC, now everytime I hear it, I think of him.

Peg -- Steely Dan

It came out in '78 and I had a huge crush on John back then.
So, when I hear that song, I think of him.

I have a list of songs we could use!

"In My Life" - Beatles
"When I Look To The Sky" - Train
"Beautiful Boy" - John Lennon (John would sing this song to Jason when he was little)
"Iris" - Goo Goo Dolls
"You'll Be In My Heart" - Phil Collins

What was that song called that says "Helloooooo Baaaaabyyyyy Will I What?" That was one of John and Amy's favorite songs

I think anything by the Beatles is definately a winner John was such an avid fan(sigh, a man after my own heart).

Ok, for some reason the song "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?" by Rod Stewart reminds me of John and Richard Kline...LOL

I've found a couple of Train songs that remind me of John. I like Train, and I found a couple: Get to Me, and Your Every Color

Default songs that make me think of John...

"Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy"-- Elton John (came out during John's young adult era)

"Philadelphia Freedom"-- Elton John ( same reason as above )

"Benny and the Jets"-- Elton John ( same reason as above )

"Bus Stop"-- The Hollies ( reminds me of Dating Game era John...lol, came out during that time, methinks)

anything by Peter Frampton or the Grease soundtrack cause both were mentioned in TC episodes and were hot when Season 2 came out.

I'm still goin' with "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?" by Rod Stewart as a Three's Company anthem Came out right at the peak of TC ( 1978-79 era?) and just reminds me of them.
