Question Kris Nelson or June Nelson

Did anyone like Kris? I never thought that her and Ricky had that connection like David and June had! They seemed perfect together. Kris always looked mad or angry to me on the show!

In my opinion, not only was June much better looking than Kris but, she was also more classy.

I kind of agree. June and David seemed more affectionate. Kris was always hitting and being sarcastic with Rick but I think she's lovely.

Default Kris or June?

I'm biased, Kris said a lot of terrible things about Rick after he died, so I don't like her. I also think June was much prettier. I love the episode where Dave is in a pie tasting contest, and June puts salt instead of sugar in her pies! Poor Ozzie! Rick had some very pretty girlfriends on the show, though, especially Lorrie Collins, Tuesday Weld, and Roberta Shore. Those Nelson boys knew how to pick the cute ones!

i always liked june better ive read that off camera ozzie and harriett prefred kris over june because they apperently thought kris had better breeding and thought less of june because she had spent some time in foster homes growing up .well ive always thought that it was very unfair and narrow minded on the part of ozzie and harrett to think less of june because she may have had a difficult life growing up june really made something of herself dispite her hardships and seemes like a very nice person i really dont want to knock kris because i do think that in her own way she had a rough time growing up .ive read that the harmons were very very demanding and hard on all of there kids and so i think kris had many deep emointal problems that she just didnt know how to deal with but the main problem was that ozzie and harrett only seemed to look and how things were on the surface and ozzie though that because tom harmon was a great football player he was a great guy off the felid too but that might not have been the case at all its just a shame that they both had to be so narrow minded

Kris seemed kind of insecure in the show, unless she was just written that way. June and David seemed more low key and sweeter to each other. Makes you wonder if that wasn't the way they were in real life. Seemed Rick always had to reassure Kris that he loved her. I am friends with Tracy on Facebook and she talks fondly of her mom. Tracy's daughter Remi has a Facebook page and posted a pic of Kris. Kris looks great. She is dating (darn I forget his name) the drummer that was in Ricks band. They ran into each other in New Mexico and are a couple now. I think Kris has come full circle and seems well grounded now.

In the series, I like Kris more; I think she's prettier and more spirited than June. But I do think June came off as more smater than Kris on the show.

In terms of real life I like June more. Like you said, Kris said some terrible things about Rick and was horrible to him in the 70sand 80s. I think I read somewhere she got sober, and maybe she's changed, but I'll never forget how she treated Rick in his last years.

I think you are right on. But I do think Ozzie and Harriet loved June. THey called her Juney in all the episodes. I think they just wanted the best for their boys. It is tragic how it all ended. Dave seemed a wonderful guy and I am glad he finally found happiness with Yvonne. Rick and Kris had a horrible divorce. It had to be just horrible for all involved. But from what I've read Kris had come full circle and is very sorry for many things. She has good relations with all her kids but her relationship with her brother is still broken. I sympathize as I also have a fractured relationship with my mentally ill brother. Everyone is very happy now which is what matters.
