This is what it says on the NBC.com website for Scrubs:

MY CHANGING WAYS
9pm 2005-05-10 ALL NEW!

With their residency over, there are big changes at Sacred Heart. J.D. (Zach Braff) moves out to live on his own while Turk (Donald Faison) and Carla (Judy Reyes) consider a family change. Meanwhile, one of the residents receives a job offer from another hospital. Sarah Chalke, John C. McGinley and Ken Jenkins also star. TV-14

So JD is moving, Turk and Carla are dealing with their relationship, and one of the residents gets a job offer... hmm... sounds like Turk and JD have their storylines for this episode set out already. My guess is that Elliot is leaving the hospital.

I wonder who they'll get to replace the female lead? I liked Elliot because she was neurotic and matched the gang at the hospital. It'll be too bad if we won't see her much next season. But, that's real life for ya!!

It would be a shame for Elliot to leave. Sarah Chalke is a very funny actresss. I don't want to see her leave the ensamble.

I hope it's not Elliot who's leaving. I like her. I wish Carla would leave. I can't stand her at all anymore.

sarah chalke is the best part of scrubs!
besides i've always had a crush on sarah every since she was on roseanne.
i agree with homeriffic i want carla to leave.

Well didn't Elliot already accept the new job in the Season Finale? So that means it would be her, but that's not to say she might still not be on the show. Just my thoughts.
