Guest Character?? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I'm trying to figure out the name of a person that I thought was a regular cast member on the show. This all stems from a fuzzy memory of watching episodes a couple years ago.

He was in the last two seasons and was a very small statured, older man with a heavy southern accent. I believe he almost always wore overalls and showed up in the newsroom. I can't seem to match him to any of the listed guest appearances or regular cast members. Does anyone have any idea who this man is? I would appreciate any help! Thank you!

That is Leslie Jordan, who played Lonnie.
