4. I think only the English translation of Carter's Indian name was given. Little Deer who Goes Swift and Sure Through Forest. 8. Carter once lived in Bullfrog North Dakota. Actually Bullfrog was just a suburb of Crabapple Junction. Where Carter painted houses I don't know. Was that the episode where Hogan's men painted insults on the walls of a building and repainted it in pink polkadots and later watered down the paint so they could continue painting? Hogan: "Alright fellas let's do this job again and this time let's get it right."
