Apparently Image Entertainment is working on a DVD release for Hearts Afire. That is all the info that I have found, but more will come soon!

Bonus Material for Season 1: Deleted Footage on Disc 4.

Also, expect a new Hearts Afire DVD every 3 months. So, season 2 in November and season 3 in February 2006.

I got my Hearts Afire DVD on Thursday. It is very well done, with some of the original music in tact. Unfortunately, not all the original music was in tact, but the episodes themselves are unedited in length. Read my review here:
