Is it me or is the quality on Season 4 worse than Seasons 1 to 3? I popped the disc in and the quality looks like it's from a video tape, do anybody else have that problem?

I just recently bought Season Four, and yes, I noticed the quality was worse than the other seasons. I was getting used to the poor quality on the other seasons, so I went into my purchase of Season Four expecting that. But when I saw it look worse, I thought maybe the DVD set was defective.
Another thing that annoys me with the AITF DVD's is that many of the episodes have the top of their heads chopped off. I didn't mind the fact that these sets did not have any extras or digital enhancements like I Love Lucy, but come on, at least give us the same quality that the TV broadcasts or Columbia House tapes has given us all these years! |

Some of the episodes have faint greenish/yellowish lines across them unless if it was my TV or dvd player acting up.
