Definetly Ferris Bueller (a young Matthew Broderick) and Stifler from American Pie 1,2 and 3 (Sean William Scott)

Cher Horowitz-Clueless (Alicia Silverstone)
Jason Biggs in Loser (Dunno what his characters name is)
Zeke Tyler-The Faculty (Josh Hartnett)
Josie Grosie-Never Been Kissed (Drew Barrymore)

Thats all I can think of.

A couple of memorable characters from teen movies that come to mind is pretty much the entire cast of The Breakfast Club, Stacy, Jeff and Mr. Hand from Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Ferris Bueller from Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Veronica from Heathers. And if you want to consider The Virgin Suicides a teen movie I have to say that Lux is a very memorable character brilliantly played by Kirsten Dunst.
