Like one week coffee is the best thing on the planet for you and the next, it'll kill ya! Who really knows anymore!

(Although I know my doctor was hounding me still to put a bit more weight on when I was on the low side of "normal weight" - I feel the same way even with my pets. I've got one cat that's just naturally skinny, but I always want to put a couple of ounces on him so he's got a bit extra to "play with" should he ever get sick).

If I don't watch my weight, I think I could get fat. It gets harder as you get older too.
