It is hard to choose between the last three seasons. Those three are my least favorite. I think that season 8 was totally unneccessary, and season 9 did not have a lot of the characters on it anymore. I also didn't care for season 7 because that is when Urkel moved in and all of the other characters started getting less attention. (Richie, Mother Winslow, Harriette).

Well season 7 did have Waldo, so IMO that made it better than the last 2, but since the original Harriette left during the last season, that makes it my least favorite.

I agree Waldo made season 7 better than the last two. And the only reason I could watch season 8 was JoMarie Payton as Harriette although she did not get much attention. And in season 9 once Harriette was replaced I just could not watch the show anymore. Yeah so I would probably pick the last season because I can at least watch the 8th season because of the original Harriette.

I would have to say the 8th Season is my least favorite because that season just didn't make any sense to me. Like I mentioned in an earlier thread, at the end of Season 7 it seemed as though Laura was finally starting to develop feelings for Steve, then in Season 8 they made it seem like this had never happened and Stefan was made a seperate person from Steve. Then in Season 9 is when Laura admits to liking Steve and they end up dating, then getting married. So Season 8 really made no sense to me. Also that's when Steve had that time machine that went back in time and that season finale with the Pirates just plain SUCKED. Also the return of Aunt Oona episode was really dumb, and that episode when Eddie is going to marry Myrtle Urkel so he can get $10,000,000 and wakes up and Greta shows up on a motor cycle at the wedding and Eddie wakes up and realizes the whole thing was "Just a dream" was really Corny. I can't stand when they do things like this. I always figured it wouldn't have been so bad if the show was cancelled after the 7th Season. The Senior Prom episode when Steve and Laura kissed would have made a good final episode in my opinion.

You have summed up exactly how I felt about the 8th season. Like I said in an earlier post that season just seemed so unnecessary they could have skipped it all together. Season 8 should have been the last season in which they could have had Laura start having feelings for Urkel especially after that prom kiss. Then season 8 could have had the engagement/wedding and all of the characters come back for the season finale and so when ABC originally cancelled it there would be no need to move it to CBS. And it might have worked because maybe at that point JoMarie Payton would not have quit and could have stuck it out one more season. But I believe having that extra season just made JoMarie Payton want to quit even more because of all of the ridiculous storylines. Season 8 was just too much with Stefan being a separate person, Mrytle kept appearing, Waldo was gone, time traveling, 3J came in and so on. Season 8 was so not needed.

Yeah, season 9 had some pretty bad episodes, the Stevil 2 eps wasn't anywhere near as good as the first, the OGD eps seems kind of similar to that one eps from the 2nd or 3rd season where The Winslows cousin comes in, and Harriette was not seen in 4 eps. that year.
