The race riots in Cincinnati happened four years ago this month. It started when a police officer
named Stephen Roach shot and killed a black man(who happened to be unarmed) named
Timothy Thomas. After all this time how do you all feel about Stephen Roach?

They say there is still a lot of bitterness over this in Cincinnati. There is an uneasy truce in place at this time; but the atmosphere is right for riots to happen again.
