I'm not going to mess with picking new sitcom pilots right now... just the cancelled/keep list:

ABC

Cancelled:
My Wife and Kids(Stale)
Rodney
Less Than Perfect(Terrible ratings)
Jake in Progress(AWFUL ratings and getting worse by the week, GREAT move by ABC to keep it out of Sweeps, although I don't know how much better movies will do, ABC needs lots of help here)

Keep:
George Lopez
According to Jim
8 Simple Rules(While the ratings are terrible, I forsee this coming back, if for no other reason than to sell it for syndication, it only needs this next season), I do think if it does come back that this will be the final season since the characters are growing up.
Hope and Faith(already know from Kelly Ripa it's coming back)

CBS
Cancelled:
Listen Up
Yes, Dear

Keep:
Still Standing
Two and a Half Men(This is the replacement for Raymond)
The King of Queens

NBC
Cancelled:
Committed(Terrible ratings)
The Office(Terrible ratings)

Keep:
Scrubs
Joey
Will and Grace

FOX, I won't list every sitcom to keep/cancel, but I think they should keep Arrested Development, even if it's only for a few episodes.

I predict we'll see a half season order for Arrested Development. Probably only 13 episodes.... for at least a few more seasons. It has no hope for syndication, but I think FOX will keep it for Emmy recognition.

I don't anything about the new shows premeiring in 2006 so I can't list them.

keep list:
CBS:
King of Queens
Two and a Half Men

NBC:
Joey (despite ratings I beleive it is NBC's highest rated sitcom this season)
Will and Grace
Scrubs
Committed(bad ratings, bad NBC timeslot have done nothing but bad things)
The Office

ABC:
George Lopez
Less Than Perfect
Jake in Progress
According to Jim
Hope and Faith

Fox:
Arrested Development (has potential to get better)
Stacked (funniest sitcom Fox has had since Titus)

UPN:
Girlfriends

The WB:
Reba
Living with Fran (best show on the WB since Reba

ABC

Gone:
My Wife & Kids (its ready for syndication, and the ratings are terrible)
Rodney (its not worth keeping it. not close to syndication, and not great ratings)
Jake in Progress (not doing good at all)
Less Than Perfect (it'll be sad to see it go)

Stay:
George Lopez (one more year needed for syndication)
According to Jim (highest rated ABC sitcom)
8 Simple Rules (ABC will keep it one more year, because the John Ritter episodes will make this big in syndication)
Hope & Faith (does pretty well)

NBC:

Gone:
Committed (dismal ratings, not strong with critics)
The Office (smart humor just doesn't work in America)

Stay:
Scrubs (will stay for one more, possibly final season)
Joey (if NBC has any pride, they'll renew this [and they have])
Will & Grace (NBC will promote the hell out of the final season)

CBS:

Gone:
Listen Up (it does terrible, both in ratings and with critics)
Everybody Loves Raymond (will leave gracefully, without all the bells and whistles of Friends)

Stay:
Two & A Half Men (has proven to do well without ELR, this will get the cherished 9:00 Monday timeslot)
The King of Queens (I predict one final season)

Could go either way:
Still Standing (one more year could qualify this for syndication, although its not a ratings hit)
Yes, Dear (has done suprisingly well after being cancelled for a bit there. it may return for one final season)

FOX

Gone:
The Bernie Mac Show (shoved to a dead timeslot, along with ailing health of the star)
Life On A Stick (not performing well, especially considering the lead-in)

Stay:
That 70s Show (the 8th and final season will be a complete dud)
Stacked (surprisingly good)
King of The Hill (nothing will do better in that timeslot than this)
Malcolm in the Middle (see KOTH)
The Simpsons (hahahaha.... like it'll ever be gone)
Arrested Development (Emmy recognition alone will guilt FOX into renewing this)

I don't really know and/or care about any WB or UPN comedies.

ABC

Stay:

My Wife and Kids (It's got one more season left in it)
According to Jim (Keep I guess..... not really a fan)
George Lopez (still reliable)
Hope & Faith (don't care, crap show)

Gone:

8 Simple Rules
Less than Perfect (ABC successfully killed it)
Rodney (garbage)

NBC -don't care

CBS- don't care

Fox

Stay:

The Bernie Mac Show (Love the show, I want it to reach 100 episodes)
The Simpsons (Don't watch the show as much but still has it's moments)
Malcolm in the Middle (Funny Stuff)
King of the Hill ( A guilty pleasure....lol)
That 70's Show (Time has run out....end it already)

Gone:

Life on a Stick (crap show...stole Bernie's planned post Idol timeslot )
Arrested Development (Sorry don't see or get the hype)
The Sketch Show (Dud)

WB- don't care

UPN- I predict their lineup will remain intact for the 05-06 season. Maybe 1 or 3 new shows though.
