I like Cher. A guilty pleasure, I guess. I like the woman. She has been on this "Final Tour" forever, I think.
I don't own much of her music, but I do have that compilation CD that they released a year or two ago. I have not grown tired of her through the years. She is a survivor.

I've always liked Cher. I'm not a huge fan but I admire her for still being around especially with music changing ALL THE TIME over the years. So many acts have come & gone and she's still going strong. I used to love watching the Sonny & Cher show when I was a kid(OK, now I'm showing my age!!).

I'd say musically, Cher's been her best in the past 20 years. The majority of her 60's and 70's records were the "one good hit single and nine other inferior songs", but albums like Cher, Heart Of Stone and Living Proof have had some great tracks that were never considered as singles.

Cher seems like she's real cool lady, but I'm not a fan of her music. I like her voice, but it's the songs she sings that don't appeal to me. There isn't one song that I care for, with the exception of her duet with Sonny, "I've Got You Babe".

I love Cher. I agree that she's been at her best in the past 20 years. Living Proof is a great album, and I wish it had been promoted more. She's also an amazing live entertainer.

I love Cher. I've been a fan for a few years now and I've seen her in concert. She's amazing in my opinion. She definitely epitomizes everything a woman should be-- strong, independent and unafraid.

I love her 70s stuff and some of her 80s stuff. I grew up listening to songs about dark ladies and half-breeds, and of course, those gypsies, tramps, and thieves...

Shes really funny too,and I love how she handles the media. In response to the plastic surgery, she has had it,and is very open about it.

I love Cher! Cher is like,(if I dare to compare the two) Lucille Ball, she has been around for so long that she is part of your world. I remember as a kid watching her show, I loved it. I don't have a lot of her music, acutally none, except a few songs downloaded, but I really think she is someone you could look at her career as someone who is a survivor. In my opinion the Brittany's and Christina's and all the other little ones owe there existance to her.
Didn't she have a band called Black Rose, I really like the rockin Cher. Does anyone know where you can get a copy of that album??? |
