NFL on NBC on Sunday nights - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I just read the paper this morning and since ABC isn't hosting the NFL on Monday, ESPN is taking over on that night, and NBC is taking over for ESPN on Sundays starting at 8:15. If American Dreams returns, it won't be on Sunday.

The football change happens in fall 2006. ESPN/ABC will cover Sunday & Monday this season.

I was Shocked To here that NBC was going tp have Sunday Night Football and ESPN is going to have Monday Night Football in September of 2006

I wasn't... I had heard weeks ago that the Football contracts were up again and while I'm surprised to see ABC giving up MNF, I wasn't about NBC getting the Sunday Night games...
