It was called SALVAGE, it starred andy griffith (Matlock) joel higgins
(silver spoons) Trish stewart and richard jaekel (Baywatch) it was about this crazy salvage yard owner whos dream it was to build a rocket go to the moon and salvage the stuff and bring it home to sell it, well he manage to build a ship hire a former astronaut and 2 former nasa specialists only to find out that he couldnt go on the trip up to the moon there by ruining his dream but he did get to send joel higgins and trish stewart I think this show was only meant to be a tv movie, but it hit so well in the ratings that they made it a series. I remember seeing this tv show and it was very good on my opinion but i wish they had left it at that because the series stunk it was really bad not like the tv movie version at all. so does anyone remember salvage?

It was called SALVAGE 1 and yes, I remember it.

Sure, never missed it!!

Salvage 1 is right, that popped into my mind the minute I saw the word "Salvage."

Made me think of SG-1 for some reason.

The tv series was called salvage 1 but the tv movie was just called salvage.
