When FM first aired it was alot like The Cosby Show, a middle-class African-American family dealing with everyday problems, 9 yrs later it was absolutely nothing like the show was intended to be with Steve's weird inventions and unrealistic plots. I mean imagine if The Cosby Show did that.

There was no way Bill Cosby would have had a nerdy character like Urkel on his show, especially when he didn't like these shows

Well, I haven't seen it for a while, it's been a few years since I've seen Cockroach, but we never said he was exactly like them, he just came close I guess.
