Classic album. It came out in 1994. The hits on here are Regulate & This DJ. Other songs i like are Do You See, Recognize, Super Soul Sis, This Is The Shack, What's Next(he spelled next n-x-e-t hahahahahahahahaha). He fell off after this album. I didn't know he was Dr Dre's brother at first. He was in Dr Dre's Nuthin But A G Thing video & NWA's Express Yourself video. He was also on NWA's 1-900-2-Compton skit dissin his girlfriend on the phone when he called her from jail LOL. When his woman answered the phone, she said Leroy. He said this ain't no muthaf**kin Leroy, it's me baby, what's up hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. He asked her to bail him outta jail & she said no. Then he called her a b**ch LOL.

I remember him dissin his girlfriend on the 1-900-2-Compton skit. I liked Recognized, this DJ. I might order this album from your friend. This was a classic.

I've heard one song called "Regulate". The song that it was sampled "I Keep Forgettin'" by Michael McDonald.

Warren G sampled a lot of 80's songs on Regulate G Funk Era album. He sampled One Way's Don't Stop song for Super Soul Sis song, he sampled Junior's Mama Used To Say song for Do You See song, he sampled Mtume's Juicy Fruit song for This DJ song.

I have the original version of "Mama Used to Say" by Junior on my IPod. As a matter of fact, "This DJ sampled "Juicy Fruit" was before Biggie Smalls (aka Nortorious B.I.G.) did sampled the same song for "Juicy".
