Default Snoop Dogg's Doggystyle Album

Classic album. He hasn't been the same since this album. He definitely has fell off since this album. He doesn't rhyme hardcore anymore. He's all about the money & it shows now. Murder Dog magazine called him a industry whore LOL. They basically meant that he's doing anything for money now which is true. My favorite songs on Doggystyle album is Gin & Juice, Shiznit, Lodi Dodi(remake of Slick Rick's song), Who Am I(What's My Name), For All My Ni**az & B**ches, Ain't No Fun, Doggy Dogg World, Pump Pump. I like the skit after his G's & Hustla's song when some dude approaches him about taking his woman from him. Snoop says to him, yo b**ch chose me LOL. We can handle it like gentlemen or get into some gangsta s**t. The dude says what's up then. Snoop said have it yo muthaf**kin way LOL. Then Snoop shoots the dude & says that's what's up ni**a LOL. Before the song Doggy Dogg World comes on, Snoop says can we have silence for a small chronic break. Then Snoop says ni**as be brown nosing these hoes LOL. I tell a b**ch like this. B**ch you without me is like Harold Melvin without the Blue Notes, you never go platinum hahahahahahahahahahahaha.

To me this was his best album. Today he tries to hard to be hardcore, and I don't know about you, but I don't take him seriously anymore. He's too MTV to be a thug. Anyway, Gin and Juice is my joint(sampled from Slave) Dooggy Dogg World, and of course, Lodi Dodi. Even though Slick Rick's version I liked better.

I wouldn't say he tries too hard to be hardcore. He tries hard to be mainstream & that's why he's lost so many of his fans who supported him in the beginning. People liked him more back in the day cause he had hard rhymes & hard beats but now he works with The Neptunes too much. He's doing anything he can to sell records & that's the problem with a lot of rappers. They'd rather please their record company than please themselves. Have you heard his Drop It Like It's Hot remix? The remix is horrible. Jay-Z raps on it also but he was upset at the Neptunes for giving the beat to Snoop Dogg because it was his beat first.

Nah, I haven't heard it. I'll bet it's wack.
