Because it doesn't have a bunch of clowns in it, and it wasn't in the hip hop category. This show should have been on Fox or WB. We now know that Dramas don't fit on UPN only stupid comedies.

Veronica Mars will be returning in the fall.... Kevin Hill may too.
Girlfriends isn't too bad, but I'm still not a fan.
