Default CD's with Advisory Warning Labels

Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever bought a CD with one of those advisory warning labels on it?

I just purchased Motley Crue's 'Red White & Crue' this past week through Amazon which contains one of those warning stickers due to explicit lyrics, my first CD purchases to contain that.

(Most of my CD collection, by the way, consists of various music compilations from the 70's, 80's, and 90's)

Yeah, I have a few. Pretty much every Guns N' Roses album, the past few Motley Crue albums and Velvet Revolver's Contraband.

I have some CD's have that have explicit content. One of them is ""J-Lo" second edition with a bonus track "I'm Real" with Ja Rule and "J to the L-O". I remember CD's that have explicit content. Those CD are for adults only. The lyrics had cursing on it. All albums have cursing on CD's except the one on the radio has no cursing. Think of a song by 50 Cent called "Candy Shop" that it was played on the radio, there was no cursing on airplay. Radio did censored those words that were inappropriate.

Most of the CD's I've bought has the advisory labels!! It doesn't take much. I've always ignored it because lyrics don't influence me.

I actually don't ignore the label. I make sure the label is there so I know I'm getting an unedited version as opposed to a toned down version. I prefer music as it was meant to be heard. If there's profanity in a song, that's what the writer/artist intended. Dirty for dirty's sake doesn't impress me, but for certain artists it's part of their expression.

So to answer the question, **** yeah!!

Yes, same here.

Most of my Guns N' Roses albums have the stickers, as well as my Beastie Boys albums, 'In Utero' by Nirvana, and many of my other rock albums. Systen of a Down, STAIND, Rage Against the Machine, Smashing Pumpkins, Smile Empty Soul, Chevelle, Sublime, Tool, Taproot, Saliva, Seether, etc.
