Who sings the the theme song? I say it sound just like Charlie Sheen, Jon Cyer and the little boy. My husband & son disagree. I can't seem to find anywhere online who actually sings it.

I saw the opening credits where all three of them sing the theme song and it was them

According to IMDB the theme song is sung by studio musicians with actors Sheen, Cryer, and Jones only lipsynching. This according to Chuck Lorre who wrote the theme song.
