As a member of the WGA (Writer's Guild Of America East) I just received an invitation to this year's Tribeca Film Festival in NYC. I can hardly wait.

The movies they said to watch out for are

Layer Cake (England)
Premonition (Japan)
Infection (Japan)
Based on a True Story (US)

I am most looking foward to seeing Layer Cake and Premonition. Premonition was made by the maker of The Ring(From Japan not the US version) It is already being talked about to be made into a US version.

On a side note, the highly touted Muppets Wizard of Oz will also be debuting at the festival. If I have time or have nothing better to do, I'll try and catch this epic flick. I hope to give you guys some reviews after seeing these movies.
