Thumbs down

My least favorite character would be Carl Dixon. I don't think he was any where NEAR as strong a character as James Evans. I really didn't care for Thelma's husband Keith either, his character wasn't developed very well at all in my opinion.

I agree with you Jeffalan! I didn't care for the role of Thelma's husband.

I also wasn't a fan of Carl's character, mainly because James is my favorite character.

Also When Florida came back for the final season, what happened with Carl?

Least favorite character will always be Penny. The only reason Janet even got that role is because her last name is Jackson.

I didn't like Kim Fields mother Chip Fields who was Janet Jackson's mother on the show. She had no right to abuse Penny like that with the iron. I also didn't like Esther Rolle's ugly ass, damn she is so ugly & i felt bad John Amos had to kiss her all the time.

I am sorry that I am responded to an old post, which this was too funny and terrible at the same time..

That is some funny shyt. While I didn't want to admit iit earlier, wellllll, the woman was ugly. Actually, I can remember reading it on another site. The poster called her the "ugliest woman in the history on sitcom TV". Another person responded with something like, "James is fairly nice-looking dude. Why did he choose her"? That's when I became a fan of this sitcomonline stuff

I have to agree with Zeke on that one. Sorry about the Knicks.

Default Damn,

I'm sorry. Joning so much on Florida's looks, Keith was my least favorite character. And to honest with you, looking back over the shows, seeing what a silly big mouth JJ was, I'm tempted to put him down.

I didn't have a problem with any of the regulars, but I didn't care for Carl. In real life Florida wouldn't have taken up with a new man so soon. Funny, to the people who said Florida was ugly, I don't think there was anything wrong with her looks. Carl wasn't exactly handsome though.

Balderman Davis, Bookman's wife and Penny's mother were all really very unlikeable to me, but I guess they were supposed to be.

Actually Jimmie Walker has to be and still is the UGLIEST brother I have ever seen; damn!!!, I wonder how much the people of Good Times had to pay the girl to appear in the same episode with him and act to be his girlfriend...God, I think JJ is DISGUSTING, enough to make a girl pitch for the other team if ya know what I mean...

Poor Jimmie Walker.

Faizon Love is no Mr America either. He used to host a local video music show in the NYC/Jersey area in the late 80s. My aunt saw him on the screen and commented, "They let anyone on TV these days."

I heard that Jimmie is a really nice guy and that he is very intelligent and well read; I apologize if I was a little harsh on commenting on his looks...but damn...I cannot help it...
