Dear Sitcoms Online administrators:

I, the founder of message emoticon 's holiness, hereby request this image become a valid smiley of the Sitcoms Online message boards.

I will declare the administrators of these message boards discriminative of for any reason should he not be promoted to a smiley. The "thumbs up" and "thumbs down" icons have gotten their own codes to be used as smileys, and well as a small photo of the hip-hop music artist Usher, whom no one even gives a **** about.

As of August 4th, 2004, the popularity of has immensely skyrocketed. He used is not only a message icon expressing anger. Countless Sitcoms Online members have been treating him as one of the smileys. I have developed the trademark of selecting him as the icon of every thread I make on this forum. He has become significant to much of the humor used on this message board. It has been attempted to include him in the signatures of our posts. Unfortunately, because he is not a smiley, he will only show up in posts.

Many concur that has an exceptionally amusing appearance, which also contributes as to why he must become a smiley on these forums. It is understood that may already be used to express anger in posts, but his design does not maintain the charisma 's does. appears as though his head is turned to the side, he has a sunburn, his eyebrows are growing together, and he is about to charge at the observer for making ridicule of his flaws.

needs not to be only used to represent anger. It is difficult to take a post seriously while the humorous-looking icon is used for it, and therefore, the initial purpose of it is destroyed. Clearly, he was not meant for sincere anger. He was meant for humor and mockery.

The appliance of the vBulletin image code in order to display has been a requirement for too long. It is time to give justice to his many admirers. It is time for our privilege to put him in our signatures. It is time the code to insert to use him as a smiley not be a direct link via the supplied IMG code, but simply :madman:.

By adding to the supplied list of smileys, the Sitcoms Online administrators hereby agree to the two following terms and conditions:

1. The code to display as a smiley will be either :madman: or pissed:.
2. Any changes made to the design of to be displayed publicly on Sitcoms Online or any other extra privileges for him must be notified to me beforehand.
