When Eric receives his transcripts from Pt. Place High, he realizes that in order to officially graduate he has to take a P.E. class over the summer. But Eric's nerves get tested when he finds out Casey Kelso is the gym coach. Meanwhile, Kelso and Fez move into their new apartment and battle over control of the bigger room.

Not too bad tonight. Wilson really nails that Casey role. He's always fun. I would have liked to have seen Eric interacting with the kids in class more. There was a lot of untapped comedy potential.
The Fez/Kelso stuff wasn't great, but Red's involvement brought it up. I love him. Again, not too bad but not as good as it should have been. I think the season's going to pick momentum up the rest of the way, though. |

eh. Again, I have a problem with the whole chronology of it. I mean, it's summer now, we've already had a Thanksgiving and Christmas of 79, so it would have to be 80, even though they won't say it. Eric's storyline was alright though, and Donna was better tonight than she's been in a while. Though Kitty throwing herself at Casey was a bit much. The Fez/Kelso storyline was pretty dumb, but Red making them feel like they've made him feel all these years was great! That was without a doubt my favorite part of the episode. I really don't see how they expect this show to survive another season, minus Eric and Kelso. To preserve any dignity they really should have ended it this season.

I agree with you about ending it now. Although I'm curious to see how they are going to pull this off, I really don't want to see the show go on without Kutcher and Grace(considering they are my two favorite characters). Tonight's episode was pretty funny, though. But you're right about the untapped comedic potential-- I would've liked to see Eric rib on the 8th graders-- or at least get shown up by them

pretty funny ep.esp the stuff with red i will agree with the person who said that kitty having the hots for casey was way too weird the part with the contest has been done on every other sitcom nothing speical there except the part at the end where kelso finds kitty and red and tells fez the room is yours i didnt see that coming.

I think they should have made the finale on new years eve of 1979 that would have been awesome. That said I watched the show and it was good but not great. I dont understand I thought he did graduate high school how else would he have even planned on going to a college in madison??? I didnt like kasey and how he was trying to take donna. I think they will end up back together. Whats different about jackie? Her hair looked a lot longer. And what the hell I thought they were advertising the last episode when eric leaves. They were showing htat and making it sound like it was for tonight.

As far as graduating, well, the college in Madison thing is a big continuity error, but as far as graduation, they did oversleep and miss the ceremony but even if that hadn't happened, it wouldn't prove anything. You can still attend a ceremony and receive a piece of paper (you don't get your real diploma on stage) and then take summer school to officially graduate. |

I guess the producers figured out it was easier to go back to things they've already done(graduating, etc) then to go where they left off and continue on-- cause then they'd have to call it "That 80's Show"....does that make sense?

I still watch, but the show is a pale shadow of what it was.
There is nothing that reminds me of the characters I knew in season 1-4. They are imitations of themselves with no story direction- none- for the last 2 years, only giving Eric an angle because Topher is leaving. And the timeline is way out of control. Two Christmases have past since they graduated (class of '79) and that is just one example of how badly that has been handled. |

Agreed, but it would be just great just to end this tortured animal quickly before it statrs hunting down innocent bystanders. But the timeline is like going beeezirk. However I will be watching another show which will have it's last episode MAy 16th and still is funny, Everybody Loves Raymond. My CBS station also has a contest for the Raymond finale called Everybody loves a Cook-off! check it out here www.cbs47.tv |

I watch hoping to see something that will give me a glimpse of the show I used to know, and also I suppose out of nostalgia. But make no bones about it, it's not good. Maybe if we didnt know anything else, like the first 4 (maybe even 5) seasons. But we do. Then again, it is still better than shows like Listen Up, Life on a Stick, Yes Dear, Hope & Gloria, According to Jim, My Wife and Kids, Yes, Dear, Joey, Will & Grace, Less Than Perfect, Stacked, The Office (US Version). And not even to mention the UPN and WB sitcoms. |

But I started watching old episodes of Who's the Boss and I still find that alot funny tan the recent episodes of That '70s Show. But personally I think that if Who's the Boss morphed with this show, I still don't think it would work out if you ask me.
