Default The Major Goof that forced me to turn off the 2 Hour Untold story of Mork and Mindy

In the beginning when they were doing the scene when Mork, Laverne and Fonzie were in the Cunningham's Living room. In the pilot of Mork and Mindy, Mork never had his Space Suit on while talking to Laverne. He was wearing Clothes from Richie's Room. He had already taken off the space suit before Laverne arrived at the Cunnngham's House. So once I saw that, the channel was changed-lol

You would think they could get that scene right since its aired in syndication for years.

On the plus side, the actor who played Robin Williams nailed him. I also thought the guy who played Garry Marshall got him dead to rights as well.

With no ethnic disrespect intended, I've always thought it funny that Garry Marshall, who is Italian (his real last name is Marsciarelli) sounds very Jewish. New York Jewish to my ears.

HUH???-LOL Mork and Laverne never ever appeared on HAPPY DAYS TOGETHER!!!!. Yes they both appeare on Happy Days in 1979 but it wasn't in the same episode. Mork was in the 1979 5th Anniversary episode of Happy Days and Laverne was in Part one of Shotgun wedding on Happy Days.

I thought Mork made a second appearance on Happy Days, to ask Fonzie about earth women and Fonzie fixed Mork up with Laverne, or was this just a new crossover footage story shot for the pilot of Mork and Mindy?
I remember the happy days ep where mork came the first time, to take back a specimin, and then the one where he came to the Bday pary - was that the anniversary ep-- and he was asking ritchie about love? You cant blame a person for being confused.
*Sigh* these days, there aint dang near 'nough shows about happy go lucky college kids and their alien friends .......those were the days.

Yes he did. Mork appeared on Happy Days a second time in Feb of 1979 which was a Happy Days Anniversary Show. The error I was Talking about was in the Mork and Mindy Pilot. In the pilot which I have the ABC version, Mork never has his space suit on when he is interacting with Laverne. He changed into Richie's clothes before she arrived at the Cunningham's House. In the NBC Movie, they had the Mork character talking to Laverne with his space suit on.

if you watch the movie again, I am pretty sure that the scene in the movie was a rehearsal scene; it was showing the FIRST interaction between Robin Williams and Penny Marshall and how badly he was hamming it up for the studio audience. I don't know if L&S was being taped at the same time, but I would assume that they wouldn't bother with a bunch of costume changes that would've held up PM just for a rehearsal.
