I think it seems pretty ridiculous for anyone to spend that amount of money with $2 bills, but still the guy tried to pay the money, so I don't see how he was breaking any laws. I don't think it was necessary to handcuff the guy. What's this world coming to when people are handcuffed for paying with $2 bills?
I wonder what would happen if someone tried to pay for something with a fifty cent coin as opposed to two quarters. |
