With ELR leaving the airwaves in less than a month and a half.... it really is the last true "90s" sitcom.

Sure, there are a few (very few) series that still air today that aired in the 90s.... but if they go on for another season, they'll be a 2000s or 00s (either way, it sounds bad) sitcom.

King of Queens as well. Looking over the decades most decades get rid of the sitcoms from the previous decade by about the middle of the decade:

50s into the 60s: Donna Reed and Ozzie and Harriet both ended in 66

60s into 70s: The seventies got rid of 60s shows faster than any other decade. There were no 60s holdovers by the fall of 1974 (Here's Lucy and Brady Bunch were the last to go and Brady started in fall 69)

70s into 80s: Depends upon how you look at things, Facts of Life started in 79 and ran until 88 and Different Strokes and Benson ran until 86. For more "true" 70s sitcoms 1985 was when The Jeffersons and Alice ended

80s into 90s: Like the previous decade, Family Matters started in 89 ran until 98, Wings and Coach were similar and Roseanne and Murphy Brown had similar runs

I think that Raymond had four seasons in the 90s and Five in the 2000s so it Really a 2000s Sitcom Friends & Fraiser I believe were the last more of 90s Sitcoms I Believe it not last sitcom to started in the 90s we got Three non-Animated Sitcom left Next Year they are The King of Queens, Will & Grace & That's 70s Show all started in 98
