Wow. Killer schedules back in the day. I still like a lot of shows that air now, but wow.... I don't think I would've left the TV back then.

Back in the old days I didn't need a VCR to watch tv. The networks had great lineups on their own. I can't do that today with all these reality shows on tv.

There really isn't an overadundance of reality shows any more. Dramas however.... I think there are more dramas on TV now than ever before.

Reality TV offered something new, and it was huge for a few years. Now, it is slowing down and becoming a third pillar in terms of type of programming.

And with stuff like The Amazing Race and The Apprentice.... it's not all that bad.

The ABC schedule looks much better. But I love the TGIF schedule.

Reality is the most I watch right now... I only watch 1 sitcom and 2 dramas(DH and Grey's) regularly, and both of those use humor. I like a LOT of sitcoms from the 70's/80's/up to Mid 90's, but since then not really anything has been must-sees. I really have just gotten back into primetime this year with non-reality shows to watch.
