I don't think you can. Like...when you turn the cable box off, nothing shows up on the television so...yeah. But if you're saying that you dont own a cable box, then I guess it depends on what stations you get without the box. wait...do you even get stations without the box? lol. I dont even know anymore.

I think we still have the orginal IO box so it doesnt even have the dvr thing. interesting. we dont watch tv enough to actually care though
