Tonight at 2:00am local time, most of the United States(except for portions of Arizona and Indiana) will go on Daylight Savings Time. You will lose an hour of sleep.

But the sunset will be an hour later in the evening.

Right now we have the same time as eastern but we'll be on the same time as central now since they're moving an hour ahead.

so when does the sun set there.. after 9?

It will be about 9:15(I'm on Eastern time because I'm right on the AL/GA line) when June/July comes around... tomorrow night it'll be 8:00pm.

I know. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I can go for a bike ride after work without it getting dark by 5:00.

Day light saving time ended here on 30th March,thank god.I hate it,I dont care for the extra hour of sunlight in the afternoon,I'd rather have more time in the morning.

And my Sitcoms Online clock got screwed up with the changes,grrrr.

I always hate the first few days of daylight savings, I usually oversleep or undersleep

At least the sun will be setting later
