RATINGS SYSTEM IS REALLY FAIR OR DEMOCRATIC? NOW I HOPE NETWORK
TV IS OVERTAKEN BY CABLE OR STATLITE THEN MAYBE WE WOULD PUT AN END THE NIELSON FRAUD RATINGS SYSTEM.

I don't think Nielsen is a fraud I just think the climate for it has changed. the ratings shares have gone down and you have too many reality shows which clogs the system and causes too many tie scores for shows. in the 70s and 80s a tie was rare. the problem is you have people watching reality shows not because their good sometimes, but to see what happens next. this causes other shows to get push to the bottom. I think there should be a citizens rating system that includes more people rather than just picking random people.
