Watching the episode "Steal One, Pearl Two" (03x10) today, Bubba runs up the staircase and Mama chases after him yelling. We see a small photo near the staircase...Now my eyes are not the best, but unless this is some unknown girl, could it possibly be the now "missing" Sonja?

Wow, now that you mention it, it really looks like it could be her senior photo. Since they were all but forgotten in the syndicated episodes I'd like to think that it is her.

Well, I don't know. That girl in the photo looks like that she has a 60's hair style. A Flip.

very interesting. We can't tell for sure if it is Sonja so I will believe that it is.
Although over all I prefer the NBC years (better scripts, Rue, Betty, Carol) I was fine with replacing Buzz & Sonja with Bubba but it just drives me crazy the way they pretended they didn't exist.
Mama says they won't be at the funeral and we never hear about them again. I wish they just mentioned them now and again. Vint could say he got a letter from Buzz, Mama could say she hopes Sonja is doing well in college or a job in New York or something.
