Default Disney Singers

Let me start off by saying you have my permission to delete this thread cuz it doesn't really deal with Raven or TSR.

I have just about had enough of everyone on the DC becoming a singer. I was fine with Hilary Duff, Christy Romano, The TSR cast, and even the dude who plays Twitty. Now it is really getting ridiculous. It seems like the requirement to get a Disney role is to have a music background. Lindsey Lohan was in a Disney movie and now she is singing. The POTP Chick is singing. The Tiger Cruise chick is singing. Lalaine is singing. I wouldn't be suprised if those Zack and Cody twins started singing. And is Brenda Song trying to break the world record of having the most Disney Channel roles?
I have nothing against these people but I'm just tired of seeing them try to start an unsuccessful music career.

I'm sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings over this. I just would like to know if anyone else feels the same. I needed to find some place to put this and this is the only board that I am sometimes part of.

Raven-Symone and Anneliese are the only two who have been singing before the rest of them thought about it. Raven's had 2 CDs already and waaay before Disney. The rest of them should quit.

Though when you think about it, Disney stars have always sung...Mickey Mouse Club, Kids Incoorperated sound familiar?

Raven has been singing alot longer than those other Disney twits, the only other Disney star I like is Lindsay. I think that if Raven released her CD about 2 years earlier, it would have had a chance of doing better, because now people are getting sick of Disney actresses singing.

Cool

I'm kinda tired of it myself.I like Raven and Annelise as well as Christy and Hilary as singers but the rest of them annoy me kind of.However I don't know what chick you are talking about from POTP because Im a nitwit and I have no clue what POTP stands for unless you mean POTF meaning phil of The future.

But I could be wrong. However i was a huge Mickey Mouse Club and Kids Incoporated fan and I liked seeing those kids sing.Mel

Well a 3 year old would have no idea what MMC was than.I was 10 going on 11 when it returned in 1989 when I started watching in 1991 i was 12 going on 13.I'm 26 now by the time you would of realized what MMC and Kids inc were both shows were over. But don't worry like Nikki said none of the current Disney stars were on MMC they were young as well when it was out.Mel

I have to agree that it's stupid how all the dc stars sing. Except for a few that I like, it's a little dumb but it doesn't really bother me because there r always other channels when ur sick of those darn disney music videos.

Music Mylin Brooks

If anyone is wondering about former MMC alumni, Mylin, she's still singing! She's got a new CD out! You can view her website at:

She's a real sweatheart!

That's true. Christy Carlson Romano is good and Lindsey Lohan is okay. But I dislike Hillary Duff very much. Why is it that all the disney actresses want to sing when some of them aren't that good? coughcoughMiley Cyruscoughcough. This is all my opinion, I don't wanna get anyone mad here.

raven, yes. But not Anneliese. Anneliese/Christy were in the theatre community around the same time. But anneliese is much better,
