Im not sure what the episode is named, But I tapes the Silly Rabbit, the other day. Its when Niles (Roses B/f) has to be relocated and he comes back to there house to see rose, and sophia says it to him because he looks like a rabbi in his armish costume. Another Funny Quote in this episode is when blance says right after they find out your jewish rabbi's come out of the woodwork. The episode also deals w/ blance tryong to get in the Daughters of the old south, But doesn't because she has Jewish, Yankee Heritage.
"Blance your a Yankee."- Dorothy
What? - Blance
A yankee doodle.- Dorth
Your that yankee doodle - Dorth
Shut up - Blance

I think the quote "I always liked Tootie"
was in the episode where Dorothy's son,
Michael, marries a black lady that is more than half is age. I could be wrong
though.

the quote is "tootie was always my favorite "
The episode is when They Hire a African American Housekeeper, That makes all potions for them (But they actually arn't) well anyways she is not a good maid.. so the girls fire her. They think she put a curse on the house so when Sophia is trying to suck up she says that... Am I wrong?

"Your a fury Little gnome and we feed you too much" Dorothy to Sophia (Golden Girls)

"And that, Marjorie --- just so you will know --- and your children will someday know --- is the night the lights went out in Georgia! " Julia (Designing women)

"If you are looking for somebody to suck pearls, then I suggest you try finding yourself and oyster" Julia (Designing women)

"All Through my life I have tryed to present some semblence of Beauty and grace and know Im only know as..."- Julia

Well, you're on the right track, you see, Blanche said, "I just want you to know.. (talking to Margurite) ..Tootie was my favorite on the Facts of Life", to suck up.

Another refence to The Facts of Life is in the episode, Strange Bedfollows:

Rose: "Are you upset because Blanche is no longer speaking to us?" (She asked Dorothy something to that extent)

Dorothy: (responds) "No, I'm upset because they haven't rerun The Facts of Life Go to Australia, yet."

Actually, the quote to the 'rabbi' was "Silly Rabbi, trix are for kids" (that made it funnier).
Another funny religion quote was when Rose had the bypass and Blanche quoted from the "bible" with "Neither rain, nor sleet, nor dark of night..........."
Then Dorothy says:
(to blanche) "I think it's nice that your trying to quote the Bible."
(to sophia): "The only thing thats been in more hotel rooms than she has and she can't remember a word of it!"
