Anybody ever tried baked corn? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

today for easter dinner we had lamb baked potatoes and something ive never had before called baked corn it was so good i asked my mother about it and she said that her grandmother used to make it all the time its simple all you do is take the corn like you always do and instead of putting it on top of the stove in water you put it with butter in an iron skillett at 350 for 45 minutes and put it in the oven it was so good i just had to share

I've never had it,but I love corn,especially on the cob.

i ment to say you put it in the over at 350 instead of on the stove and you use 1 half of i stick of butter and put it in before baking
