Fox made a pilot witth Sherman Helmsley being the voice of Mister Ed. I am guessing it was not picked up. I wonder if a pilot was ever shot. If so I think it would be real weird to see it.

The pilot was made but the series was NOT PICKED UP and the pilot NEVER AIRED and it never will, in case you dont know

last year they filmed a new MR ED pilot starring the voice of Sherman Helmsley aka GEORGE JEFFERSON as the voice of the horse, it is a hilarious show
