Are you diligent (really concerned about,and eager to look after) your health? Do you take good health for granted? Do you smoke,drink or do drugs?

I'm as boring as bat sh*t.I dont drink much,I dont smoke at all,and I'd never touch drugs.And I take my health for granted.I hate doctors so even if I'm really sick,I wont go to one.Luckily,I get well on my own.

I'd never do any of those. I probably won't even drink alcohol too much when I'm old enough. I figure what the hell's the point of shoving something down your throat that's going to falsely "cheer you up" and destroy you more than that? Same with drugs. Smoking...****, I don't even smoke and it gives me a headache. As for food...yeah, I eat when I get full...just keep going. I think the thing in your brain that tells you to stop eating when you're full is broke on me. But I still try to eat healthy, too. Yeah, the end.

I tried smoking when I was younger, couldn't get into it, thank God. Tried pot, didn't get into that, either(thank God, too). Plus I have random drug testing where I work, I've been picked twice in the past year(yay me), so I can't afford to do drugs anyway. Now drinking, I've always loved to drink, but I don't do it excessively, not enough to be a risk to my health.

I don't smoke, drink or do drugs. I also don't sunbathe. Too much sun can age a person prematurely. When I'm outdoors at a cookout or something in the summer, I wear sunscreen.

I take vitamins, and I eat healthy, but I have snacks on weekends. I'm not big on exercise, but I ride a stationary bike almost every day. My husband and I live near a pond now with a walking trail, so we're going to start walking next week now that the weather is getting nicer.

i dont smoke ive never even tried drugs i do drink once in a great while but thats it i do have a food problem tho i eat too much of it and im about 30 pounds overweight

Drugs, nah... I can't afford to get back into the habits that I had in the past. I never want to go to rehab ever again. Cigarettes, well unfortunately, I do smoke to keep my stress level down. I know, not the greatest way, but I'll do anything to keep myself off drugs. Smoking is nasty as hell though and anyone who smokes is a ****ing idiot (me being the biggest one for doing it in the first place) and I'm really trying to quit. Drinking, yeah... at parties, but not half as much as I used to. AA meetings haven't been pleasant for me in the past.

I exercise and eat healthy, though. Gotta stay in shape.
