I dont get offended by bad language,it really doesn't bother me.What bothers me more is when people go 'Oh Gosh, what terrible language' because its just words, and to me,thats all they are going to be.
I swear ALOT.My friends are beginning to hate me for it I just cant stop! I blame my Dad,he swears like a sailor and its rubbed off on me,and being a girl,I should tone it down, but I dont even realise I am saying it now.I say sh*t ALL THE TIME,and the f word comes out just as frequently to my friend's annoyance.

Oh, I swear way too much, especially when I'm pissed about something. The expletives fly!! I've had people use the term 'potty mouth' about me. I can remember my mom saying 's***' all the time when I was a kid. I don't think that had anything to do with it though.

Default Use It But Don't Overabuse It

I don't have a problem with people swearing from time to time; even I do it at times but don't overdue it either. Some people for example: my b/f 's friend; every second or third word that comes out of his mouth is the "F" word.

I have no problem with swearing and probably swear too much myself, but when its done in the right company. I hate it when people use strong profanity in front of children or older people (what ever happened to respecting our elders)!

Also, no real problem with the "f" word, but I really hate the "c" word - I think most women do.

I swear way too much. I don't find it offensive, I find it hilarious. Not because I'm an immature teenager, but I've heard my mom or myself or whatever constantly called names so much that it doesn't even phase me anymore. I'm the type to turn stress in laughter, so that's why I find it funny.

Yes, I am one of those who finds it offensive. It's considered rude (or, it used to be in the '50s- back then you would never hear ladies swearing like sailors).
Besides, as rock singer Lou Christie once said, It's completely unnecessary.

"Swearing is just the sign of a small mind."
