Default How young girls dress nowadays....

When i was 8 years old,i was dressing in baggy dresses with sunflowers and mary jane sandals, the word 'sexy' wasn't
in my vocabulary and i didn't wear makeup.Today, its disturbing the amount of young girls who are dressing like adults, and are
in too much of a hurry to grow up.Shouldn't the parents be taking a stand? Should 8 year olds be dressing like 18 year olds?

I blame the parents undoubtedly. They shouldn't be buying that kind of clothing for their young daughters and shame on them if they do.I'm sorry but I've seen mothers who dress their daughters sexily, and I think its sad.Let them be kids abit longer.I know one thing,my daughter wont be wearing a padded bra at age 8. I am glad my parents didnt let me wear makeup until I was 15,it didn't kill me,and I was in no hurry to grow up.I'm still not

Amen. All around, I see little girls in short shorts and strapless tanks that show their belly button. It's just not right.

I'm 16, and I *STILL* can't wear make-up! And you know that? I don't plan to anytime soon, either.

At 13 I couldn't WAIT to wear makeup (started at 14).

Now, I'm so SICK AND TIRED of putting it on it's not funny! Too time consuming! Wish I had spent more time having fun than stuck worrying about covering up that zit in front of the mirror!

For sure - what ever happened to leaving something to the imagination! With some, you can count the zits on their butts clothes are so tight!

And how come they are for females, but the guys are still running around wearing jeans that are 8 sizes too big and look like they all have droopy drawers? They'll never look more fit in their lives at young ages, but they're wearing these crazy baggy clothes that make them look like mom shops at the Good Will store a little too often!

well at least boys are dressing relatively normally. Girls are wearing tiny skirts at about age 5.

I know - I couldn't believe it when a friend's 5 year old daughter INSISTED on wearing a black pleather mini skirt with FISHNET nylons. I offered to buy her a pack of smokes to go with the ensemble!!!

I can't stand young girls who shop at the same stores I do- I'm 17- and they're like 8 or 10. I'm talking about the young girls who boss their mothers around and demand all kinds of things and wear makeup and fake nails and they're still in elementary school. IMO they look stupid and so do the parents.

I blame the parents for dressing their little girls like whores.

I'd laugh when they start crying saying little 10 year old Tammy was almost picked up by a pimp at the corner waiting for the school bus to become a prostitute! Oh well, mommy, dear! You shouldn't have had your little angel looking like she's read for some "business"

Abercrombie made a [B[thong[/B] for 7-11 year olds...f***ing pathetic!

See the movie Thirteen for a shockingly real portrayal of what most young girls are like today....I thought the film was amazing all around and very realistic....

I'm in middle school and I'll be in high school next year and mostly all of the girls at my school don't dress/look their age. I forget that they're even 13/14.

The manufacturers of these these slutty clothes for young girls should be ashamed of themselves. I rarely even see any respectible clothes for young girls when I go to the store these days.
