Is it hard for anyone else who has all 5 seasons o DVD find it hard to watch eps on TV LAND? I tried the other night and just didn't see the point when i own most of the originals. Anyone else refused to watch TV LAND versions? Time for TV LAND to replace S&S once the 6th season is released

Yeah, it's hard for me to watch the Tvland versions being that I have all 5 released seasons on DVD. Once in a while if there is nothing on, I'll watch the TVland versions. When the final season comes out, they may not replace S&S, the ratings are probably good. This and Leave It To Beaver are the only shows I'll watch on TVland nowadays.

I honestly do not even watch TV Land anymore due to the fact that I have all the shows (that I used to watch on that network) now on DVD..I mean, what is the point? Watch an uncut version of your favorite episode of Sanford and Son, or a edited version from TV Land?

I figured the ratings would go down since all but one of the seasons are out on DVD |

I have often wondered how the release of TV on DVD will affect syndication. Eventually, virtually every show ever made will be released on DV and syndication will be pointless.

I feel the same way, I never feel the need to watch S&S on TV LAND. I own all the UNEDITED versions while TV LAND cuts out all the Funny scenes. Once the 6th season is released in JUNE, TV LAND really needs to replace S&S. |

Cant watch Sanford and Son or AITF on TV Land because I sit there and notice the parts they cut out. TV Land's lineup truly sucks right now.
DVDs wont drastically affect syndication, because not everyone puts out $30 for a season set. Just the true fans like us. |
