Stan wasn't that annoying. He seemed okay to me. It was Dorothy who got on my nerves. She's ugly, has no life, and sounds like a man. She even looks like a man too.

Question

Didn't you guys ever wish that Dorothy should have married Stan instead of Blanche's uncle on the last episode. Even though their divorce was rough, Stan and Dorothy had some flings together. Remember the episode when Stan became successful with his potato peeler and the episode when Stan and Dorothy were getting hot and heavy in his car? They always looked cute together, and Dorothy should have gave him a chance. In the later episodes, Stan was sorry for what he did, became successful, and loved Dorothy a lot. He let her keep the ring on the tax audit episode.

Stan was annoying but funny though.

Quote from the "Golden Palace" when Stan was declared dead.

Blanche: It was said that he died while making love.
Sophia: Poor Stan. There's nothing worse than dying alone.

Rose: At least we know he went quickly.

I think that even though Dorothy did not admit it, no matter how much she hated Stan, she has loved him. It is evident in the episode "Take Him, He's Mine" when she confronts Blanche for going out with Stan. I would think that after divorcing Stan, she would have gotten over him. If she hated him so much, why did she put up with him throughout the run of the show? They almost got married in the "There Goes the Bride" Two-Parter. When she did get married, Stan was man enough to let her go by drivng her to the church.

Cool

Stan was annoying in a funny way. I like how he put the engagement ring in Dorothy's potatoes.

Stan could be a jerk at times, but it was obvious that he really cared about Dorothy.
