Default Would you like any of them to be YOUR brothers/sisters?

I'm including Skippy in this, because he's still one of the "kids" on the show, even though he's not a Keaton family member and because, well, I like him.

Out of Alex, Mallory, Jennifer, Andy and Skippy, would you like any of them to be your brothers/sisters in real life - and if they WERE your brothers/sisters, how do you think you'd get along with them?

For myself, I think I'd enjoy having any of them as siblings. They have their faults, but they're all basically good, kind people. I'd probably argue with Alex and Mallorya little - because I'm not interested in the things Mallory's into, and Alex, because he can be too full of himself at times (although I don't really see that annoying, as such.) I'm not too sure about Jennifer. And as for Andy and Skippy - from what I've seen of Andy, which isn't much, he seems very sweet, and as for Skippy...I think it'd be great having him for a brother; I think he's extremely loveable. Although I'd have to constantly defend him at school, and come to the rescue whenever the bullies closed in on him...but that's the only downside I can think of.

I think I would like to have Mallory and Alex as my siblings. I am an only child so it would be nice to have some siblings.

I'd love to have Andy for a little brother because he's so cute. Out of the other siblings, I think I would get along the best with Jennifer.

As for Alex, I'd have to date him, not be related to him My plan is to marry into the Keaton family, lol.

I wouldn't mind having Alex and Mallory as siblings.

I think it would be cool to have them all as brothers & sisters. Skippy's really sweet, Mallory & Jennifer are cool, Alex is good with business matters, and Andy would be a cute little brother.

I think Jennifer would've been fun to have as a younger sister. The rest of them were too annoying to me, especially Alex. I mean the character was funny but in real life I wouldn't like him as a brother. But then i wouldn't like Steven and Elyse as my parents either.

I think Alex would be great as an older brother to set a role model and look up to.

Never watched this show. I heard of it. I guess it tried to be like a lot of the "Family"sitcoms of the previous decade or previous two decades.

In an un-serious sense, I MIGHT like to have a relative ( not necessarily a close relative like a sibling or a parent), who is like some TV character that I am fond of.
Yet, ultimately and very seriously, I don't think I would want any one who I am related to to be like a TV character that I like , or am a fan of.
It just seems that there would be a lot of awkward interactions.

Mallory would be fun to go shopping with. Later Jen might be good for philosophical discussions; I would be interested in her views on Nietzsche. Alex would annoy me. And Andy, no, just not, No!

Lets not let this turn into an argument. While sometimes a comment might be interesting in an old thread, generally it's frowned upon to bump up very old threads. If it's more than a few years old leave it be. No one wants to see a thread bumped up from say 2000 or even 2005.
