Default Update on the girl in Florida case

The scum who killed the girl in Florida was working at a Milddle school. WTF, The principal should be fired for hiring the perv. I hope he gets the chair,I know there's other news in the world, but this and people who kill kids like this is just getting to me. I wish just one day that we would not hear the news about killings.

ummmmm, wouldn't that be part of a priincipal's job? - to check and see if the person he is hiring to work around children isn't a convicted sex offender?

the prinicipal needs to make sure to check out the record of anybody who works for the school. this killer was in the school around a lot of students which put them all in danger. he should have never been on the street at all.

I agree they should have done a thorough background check, but the Principal normally are not the one's that do the hiring for schools. The School Administration people do that.

As I've been told, and if I'm mistaken, someone can correct me on this, but:

To the best of my knowledge, Florida law does NOT require schools to perform compulsory background checks on all perspective employees.

http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/CriminalHistory/

HOWEVER, as the table I've linked to shows, background checks range from FREE [for Sex Offender Requests], to under $50 for the most detailed records on both Florida and National thorough requests.

Before you start blasting a middle school principal, make sure you know whether or not he
knew the man was a sex offender. He may not have checked the guys history.
(And you misspelled some words)
OK, I corrected the words just for you.
