Can you put a picture or a layout in the backround of your livejournal if you have a free account? Ugh, that's phrased a little weird... I don't know exactly how to explain it.

If this is possible can someone explain how it's done? All this HTML crap really confuses me. Thanks.

Yep, you can. I had one for a while before I got my paid account.

This goes under the GLOBAL_HEAD<= area.

The !important thing next to where the URL of your image goes will make it stay. The image won't scroll as you scroll down the page.

YOu can change the background-position thing to whatever direction you so desire. It works with all the directions...right, bottom-right, bottom, bottom-left and so on. It's just a matter of playing around with the image layout.
